I pinned this doodad a bit ago, and have been mind drooling about it ever since…
We actually have a semi-free weeknight
(meaning we were home before 8 on this particular night) so I told
the hubs it would be worth the wait, instead of grabbing grub while
we were out…he later agreed after munching on this.
Ingredients:
Bread
Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
Sliced Pepperoni
Tomatoes
Avocados
Very simple.
Butter the bread and layer mozzarella, pepperoni’s, and nice big chunks of tomatoes and avocados.
I then topped off with another slice of mozzarella, to ‘seal’ it all together.
Add a small helping of Tomato Basil soup for dipping, eating or chugging, like I did.
All that gooooonesssss, in yo tummy.
