Last week a friend texted me and asked if I was
going to take on the #31Days Challenge from TheNester.
Anyone who knows TheNester knows how fabulous she is.
So naturally I said ‘Heck Yes’ without really know who what when or where.
ohhhboyyy.
I really don’t know how I missed it,
I have been following her for so long, and it just blew right past.
So those of you who don’t know, here is a little bit:
Just pick a topic, any topic and write about it for 31 days in October.
thirty-one friggin days….le sigh.
I knew, eventually, that I wanted needed to post about life and rebuilding after the fire.
I just haven’t been ready, basically it just sucks sometimes and it’s hard putting it into words, much less writing it down. We are coming up on a year at Thanksgiving (how is that even possible), that it happened.
We both have had tons of people ask about the process you go through afterwards, saying that they wouldn’t even know where to begin, and how would you? It’s not like this thing happens everyday, like how going to the gym does NOT happen for me. ever.
whatever.
Anywho, we knew we needed to write what happens after, things that we have done and the rebuilding process. And God knows we are still working things out, and I was trying to wait to write about it. But clearly all signs are pointing for me talk about it in this series.
whoop there it is.
It might get down and nasty at times, and others will involve glitter and hot glue (you know how I love hot glue), but that’s okay. I’m human and still have bad hair days.
every single day.
I will post the #31series at night and my not so regular posts in the morn.
All post will be linked back to this page, the main page for this series, at the bottom.
And you can always click the side tab in the upper left.
I am scared, nervous, excited and nauseated at the same time for posting everyday on one topic.
and yes, it possible to feel alllll that at the same time.
Just praying it’s possible for me to pull through with it.
Stay tuned….
