Pomegranate Chicken Taco's

Serves: 6-12
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken
  • Container of Pomegranate Arils
  • Package of Corn Tortillas
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • Avacado, sliced
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Shredded Coconut Flakes
  • Spinach Leaves
  1. Shred Chicken into bite size pieces (I do this as I am making each taco).
  2. Heat Tortillas, if wanted, and begin to layer, starting with chicken and spinach.
  3. Top with avacados, tomatoes, cheese, coconut and pomegranate.
  4. And salsa if wanted.
  5. Fold and Eat.
